Appointments can be booked via our online platform, email, or phone. Confirmation will be sent once your appointment is successfully scheduled.
3.2. Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $50 may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit the deposit.
No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
3.4. Running Late
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 late may need to reschedule, and a late fee may apply.
3.5. Changes by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a suitable alternative.
